Rush Indoor Trampoline Park is located in Claremont, Cape Town located in Stadium on Main, 104 Main Road and Greenstone Mall Cnr van Riebeeck and Modderfontein Road Greenstone Hill.

Rush is an indoor extreme Trampoline Park with 1500-2500 square meters of adventure, excitement, fun and challenges.

Rush features around 1700 square meters of wall to wall interconnected trampolines, including dodge-ball courts, a 18000 cube foam pit, hydraulic slam dunk basketball hoops, battle Beam and best of all a 4 meter high Performance Wall. Rush also features a wavy lane and fidget ladder at selected parks.

Rush accommodates non-participating guests with free WIFI, imported coffee , healthy snacks and cake bar while your family and friends enjoy all the facilities Rush has to offer.

We love this place  Arrived on a weekday , the only time I’ll ever go because it makes budgeting sense 1 hour of jumping for my boys is not an option. We arrived at 12h30 left at 18h00 when they closed.  My boys jumped the daylights out of themselves. They love the dodge ball action. One can order from John Dory’s the staff was awesome.  Staff was friendly Place was clean Bathrooms tidy Always someone to assist if anything was needed. Lovely outing xxx

The trampoline park was quiet on Friday night which was great so kids could enjoy the space. Always a great experience here staff friendly and professional and there are other activities like climbing wall and cube and dodgeball etc. Limited selection of snacks for sale for kids at the entrance. You can also order food while you wait and service was great. Other activities in the mall and eateries make it perfect for parties playdates or just an enjoyable day out. Thanks to all for a great time

Rush greenstone is the ultimate play haven for kids and adults. They have it all from trampoline to wall climbing which is sure to make any kid have a beautiful nap after.  The place is well run with friendly staff members, who to the extra mile to ensure the over enthusiastic kids adhere to the rules. Safety first as they say.  There is seating areas for parents who don’t want to join in, you can indulge in a meal or feel young again with slush.  Really amazing place and should be on your bucket list of things to do with your kids during the holidays or when you need a break.

It's a great place to take the kids to burn off some energy, however it wasn't the best experience for us with our toddler. She was too small to enjoy the areas as the kids were all over her, really thought there would be at least an little area for the real little ones esp seeing they allow and charge you for them but they are allowed in any area and with the bigger kids it's a hazard. My niece and nephew who are much older absolutely adored the place and enjoyed everything it had to offer. Unfortunately won't be a few years till I'm willing to try again with my little one but a great place to go for the older kids. There's not enough seating for parents and no order on how to order food there, so when we were done we got food outside. Also would be nice if there was at least a drink stand or even vending machine where the parents are too get drinks from.

Super dupa fun for my children. They always enjoy the place. But as an adult I get bored whilst waiting for them to finish playing

I would only recommend visiting this place midweek for their unlimited jump session. It's a fun venue with a bunch of things to do but does not compare to some of the other bounce places. Staff also weren't as fun or friendly as our recently visited similar establishments. Fun place to go but could do with some improvements

Great fun! Definitely recommended

Very enjoyable experience for toddlers and parents. Can get very busy but there are a few different sections to try and escape the madness. We will be back for more parties I am sure.

Well now if you have a child with lot's of energy this is the place to go . Moms and dads can join in the fun . Ideally small kids should go as thy open because thy play nursery rims and it's not so crazy busy.

Fun for kids and adults alike. Could be cheaper
