Worst, dishonest, unreliable Toyota dealership ever!! Never ever let Lettie Seedat assist you! She promise stock availability and on the day she promised you call there is NOTHING. And that after you sold your car and got everything in place. They have no conscience and don't give a dam and just Sorry Sorry. Meanwhile you sit with no transport and they can't give a dime. Nether the less lies in your face and say you did not ask for white there is another color available - Best of all I have voice note and quote stating White! Worst is her manager condones her conduct. Sindi Molefe doesn't care what so ever as well!!

Absolutely amazing service from the parts and service team. I have never experienced such commitment and service. These guys are amazing. Shirley, Preston, and service department absolutely commited to honesty, transparency and going the extra mile. Guy I am serious, you guys go out of your way.

I received the most amazing service from the Hende in the service workshop. I had a problem with my electric window on the driver side. I purchased a brand new Aygo in 2016 from this dealership, however the electric window became problematic in 2019, it was fixed when I had it serviced it was a short a short in the switch, however it became problematic again in July 2022 and Hende established that the driver side switch was faulty and suggested I purchase a new one hence the order was placed and purchased for this part at this dealership. To change the switch literally takes no more than 5 minutes and Hende assisted me. A big shout out to awesome service from a valuable mechanic!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They are frauds that sell you a vehicle that was in an accident, when you try to return the vehicle within the cool-down period they refuse to take it back. When you ask that they fix the problems with the vehicle, they refuse. Their service is absolutely disgusting! Once they have your money they don't care about anything you say. Consumer Protection Act does not exist to this bunch.

Worst service ever, I took my car in as it has a Nosie when the Electronic handbrake engages, vehicle has now been in there 3 times, and the last time they said the noise was fixed and warranty replaced the part, Yet the noise is still there and unchanged since the day i took it in , now i have to take it back and another day without a car, The foreman and the Service manager just gives excuse . looking at the reviews from hello Peter and here on this dealership many people experience the same poor service

A terrible experience thus far. I've been trying to buy from this dealership and it's been a struggle. The salesman is incompetent and knows nothing about the vehicle or how car finance works and honestly does not care about the customer with little to no communication. Toyota Finance services are even worse with little to no communication. Don't waste your time here.
