Received great service from all ladies but Nhlanhla was rather very rude for no reason . She even overly exaggerated in the enunciation of the total amount due .

We just bought a watchpolice ; went home it had no battery; then too top that off after we get a new battery; a few days later we realise the watch is slow ; not even a month into this I have to send it in and wait 2 months for this to be sorted.

Man, The Ladies Working Here Give The Best Service and Are Awlays Friendly and Patient. If you not careful you might endup spending your whole money in here unaware.

Inferior products in my opinion.

Poor service Stock is in disarray Called to ask if they had stock of one item, the woman who answered said she'd call me back to let me know after she checked. They never called so I visited the store in person. Needless to say I was greeted with nonchalance. I showed her the picture of what I was looking for. She proceeded to rummage through the display and showed me several items that weren't anywhere near what I'd shown her. So I showed her the image again and she said, "We don't have stock." She wasted so much of my time, only to tell me that they didn't have it. Something she could have told me over the phone.
