I wanted my fiancé's ring to be a surprise and as such went to probably 6 different jewellers, including our family jeweller, to create a unique piece using a family heirloom with tremendous sentimental value. I simply never walked away from a conversation where I felt they truly gave the time and attention that this ring deserves. That is, until I spoke with Clare - the true Katannuta Gem. Clare was friendly, passionate, professional, sincere, and honest at every step of the process - her talent & knowledge shines through and is obvious from day one! I cannot recommend Katannuta Diamonds enough. Your engagement ring is a once-in-a-lifetime creation, and you will be hard pushed to find someone better for the job than Clare and the Katannuta team! From the creation to the crafting - 10/10!
I had to replace the stone on my engagement ring and was looking for a peacock sapphire. I came across Katannuta, reached out and from the first mail Clare was honest and open about what will need to be done. All our communications were done remotely and courier was organised by Clare - no hassle at all. Thanks to Clare I can where my ring again and I can highly recommend the Katannuta team!

I was nervous when I first approached Claire to design a ring for me. She needed to incorporate a diamond which I inherited and which carried great sentimental value. She was, however, extremely professional. Her knowledge of the industry quickly set my mind at ease and made me realize that I had nothing to fear. Claire communicated clearly and regularly with me during the whole process and the result blew my mind! I highly recommend Claire and her team without hesitation.
I would highly recommend Clare and the team from Katannuta Diamonds. It felt like a completely collaborative process, and she could bring what I had in mind to reality. She was open and transparent throughout the process and helped me get to a final design that I was happy with, taking into account the budget and not compromising on quality and design. Her frank and easy way of engaging immediately put me at ease, it is the personal service and her emphasis on ensuring that you are comfortable and 100% happy before proceeding to the next step that stood out for me. Also amazing that it was possible to do this with an initial email, 1 phone call and the rest informally via WhatsApp. As someone that went in completely blind, Clare made me comfortable in a space that I usually find stiff and stuffy.
I wanted to have my engagement ring custom made and had very specific ideas in mind. From the get-go Clare was helpful and friendly, and took the time to find the ideal stone and honestly and knowledgably talk me through what would work and what wouldn't. The end result? The most breathtaking engagement ring I have ever laid eyes on! Clare and her team at Katannuta took my muddled ideas and transformed them into a ring that is more exquisite than I could ever have imagined. The craftsmanship and detail is next level. Thank you Clare, for this incredibly special piece. If you are looking for a the perfect jewellery piece, I cannot recommend Clare and her team enough!
Nikki, being the oh-so-impatient one in the relationship, knew exactly what she wanted. An engagement ring and a fiancé. She did the research, dropped extremely obvious hints to me, and even went so far as to book consultations with a number of jewelers on my behalf. On the sly, I had to keep cancelling these appointments, as unbeknownst to Nikki, I had her dream ring already designed and made, waiting for the perfect moment to pop the question... This is where Katannuta comes in, a quick call to Clare cleared up a lot of questions I had, the experience was seamless from start to finish and we ended up with exactly what Nikki had in mind, even the 3D renderings where a piece of art. Never the less, we had the engagement ring, wedding band and my ring all designed by Clare. A huge thank you for being part of our story.
