Speakeasy Northwold

We have been dying to come for so long this this spot. I drive past it every day, and even when it was in craighall, I'd drive past and think it looks so cool. It was very good and that's really all I can say. Was a decent good meal. Starters were nice prawns a tad small, but good. calamari was also nice ! nothing wow or special. My best, which wasn't featured, was the ravioli that was a huge hit for me. I loved it !! I'll go back. I just got that. Service was also ok. Our waiter kept disappearing and found myself ordering, asking for things from so many different waiters . It even got to the point where there was a mix-up with cream, but shame, they were so lovely and fixed it without hassle, and the chef came to apologize, which we really appreciate it ! Thank u xx, so that's where my 3star for Service is xx Burger were wow size, and everyone loved theirs. xx it's a cool little spot. If u don't want fancy food, it's really chilled, and it seems like the cocktails and beers are a huge hit here.

Great breakfast! I was thoroughly surprised at this beautiful Bistro. I thought I was going to grab a quick breakfast and ended up finding a great place to meet friends. Try their Eggs Benny… It’s super delicious

Great value for a Sunday lunch. Delicious paella….. cooked on the gas whilst you wait. Good wine and relaxing atmosphere.

I promise you will be surprised by the excellent food at this place, not the classic “pub” vibe. From the tapas to the pastas, everything is quite good. The calamari and chorizo pasta, hamburgers and the mezze platter are excellent. They have great beers on tap and the cocktails are relatively well priced. It has space for smokers outside bring a jacket in winter. It is located in a relatively quiet and private area without all of the fuss from other areas. Their only flaw is that their breakfast quality is not the best. I heard from the chef they are improving this soon.

I've been living in Craighall Park for the last year and having Speakeasy next door was an absolute pleasure! Felt like home. The food is incredible and the service impeccable. I cannot recommend this place enough, whether it be a family affair or fun with friends, Speakeasy is the place! It has also been my go-to when the power is out and need to get work done while having a delicious breakfast.

Little Local gem. Best breakfast in town and fabulous dinner too. Fresh ingredients , expertly crafted into a fine-dining experience. And super easy on the pocket too. Wonderful and attentive staff - special mention to Martin and Dennis who really go out of their way to make one feel welcome.

Food was truly made with love and care, completely delicious! Service was excellent too. Not expensive for a great experience. My new favorite spot.

The service was good. The food a bit disappointing. Too much sauce all over the food. Taramasalata was very salty, prawns not proper tempura. Plus side us that everything is made there.
