Spec Savers Medicross Midrand

I did my eye test and changed my glasses in this Specsavers branch and I am very happy. I got an excellent service from the ladiesFezeka,Edna and Tsakane in the front and got more educated about my eyes by the OptometristDeeshan Rampathy. Thank you so much and please keep up with excellence.

The doctors there are so good. And the receptionist Edna is probably the friendliest person I've ever met. She is very helpful and very good at what she does!

I did an eye test with them and then they had no stock for 6 months - i went back numerous times to find something and didnt get anything. I then went to Mall of Africa branch and they refused to assist because i had to do another eye test with them as they wont use the results from the Medicross branch. Further to that the lady at Mall of Africa branch is so unfriendly - no help at all - you actually feel bad asking for assistance and then she doesnt respond to you she just looks at you. please hire better staff at this branch. You feel like you are doing wrong by just being inside the store. I wont deal with Spec savers any more.

From making the appointment to the time I left, the service was warm, friendly and efficient. Dr Mohammed took the time to explain what was changing with my sight and what would make it better and there was no rush choosing new frames. It is refreshing to be treated so well by all the team members! Thank you Spec-Savers Medicross

Had a pleasant experience with Tracy and team. On the job, very polite and knowledgeable. Was kept up to date with my order. They even did a courtesy call once I received spectacles. They fall short of 1 star as I believe the optometrist can smile and be more friendly.

The most amazing service I've gotten in a while.. All the staff is friendly and welcoming including the optometrist. I took a while choosing a frame and they were so helpful and patient
