Spec Savers Randburg Square

First visited in 2018, and again in 2022 - service is excellent. Khomotso Matshaba is a wonderful eye care professional. Instead of just providing you with your prescription, she provides feedback and insights which I haven't usually received in the past. Equipment is sanitized in front of you before use. The staff are friendly, and the store is clean.

It is my first-time doing a thorough examination, diagnosis was explained in detail followed up by an email so that I understand my condition much better.

They are very reliable, professional, they deliver on time, they exceeded my expectations! Keep it up Spec Savers Randburg!

I visited specsaver Randburg Square two weeks ago. The service there is out of this world, they over deliver. From their optoms to the front office. The most amazing team ever. I went to pay the balance on the 25th Mar, was told my specs should be ready in 10-14 working days. Not a problem, you best believe if I tell you that exactly 5 working days 01 Apr later I received a call that my specs were ready for collection. I was speechless and full of gratitude as I had to battle with another private optom beginning of Feb before coming to specsaver. I'm a happy client. I'm glad I took my sisters' advice by visiting Specsaver. Randburg Square, you guys rock

This is by far the best customer experience I have ever experienced. The staff is so kind and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this specsavers branch to anyon.

Terrible service and feedback. Called to check on the order of my new frame and the guy says he is waiting on feedback from the supplier on wether its available or not??? How? This is a week later. By that time you should have ordered if not available or have better feedback. Too many sequential errors and a too layed back attitude from the new staff.
