The service was absolutely amazing. Staff is very friendly, patient and helpful. I had a great experience and was thoroughly and properly assisted

The staff is friendly, welcoming and patient. I was a bit forgetful on the day and they patiently handled each query with patience. They also gave great recommendations for frames as it was my first time.

I'm based in Johannesburg but I legit had to wait to come home so I could get my specs done at this branch, that's just how much they have my heart. They deserve 5 stars!

The receptionists and optometrists are friendly and professional. The waiting area is clean and social distancing is implemented. My spectacles arrived by the time given to me by the receptionist 14 working days. The best in Mahikeng.
