Our daughter selected a stunning wedding gown. It had to be altered. She chose not to do a final fitting but everything was great. The dress should perhaps have been steamed better but that was it. The staff was absolutely stunning

TERRIBLE! We moved our collection date with their approval then all of a sudden I get a call from them saying that I should have fetched the dresses rescheduled for the next morning. Currently standing at a closed shop and no one answering their cell phones. Service also very bad they are not organised at all, they walk past you and then have an attitude.

Reminder that your sales people make or break your business, no etiquette when answering the door and couldn't bother to answer any of my questions relating to having a look at the dresses. Left without taking another step into the shop.

Horrible business! No feedback regarding deposits. Manager says to phone you back when you enquire but nothing Waiting for months for my deposit back

Pros: Wide variety of dresses at affordable prices. Staff are friendly. Natasha went out of her way to order a dress in for me and it was stunning! Cons: Communication is poor. If you don't constantly call for feedback you won't hear anything back and you won't get updated. Miscommunication between owner and staff and between staff. Overall experience was okay.

Been there more than 5 times to look at dresses. Chose our bridesmaids dresses the first time and my fiance paid for everything. The third time we went, they had to take measurements for one bridesmaid dress and to order it in. It's been over two months since this and I haven't heard any feedback from them. Decided to go on Saturday to find out what was happening and the dress still wasn't in. I have phoned twice today already and tried phoning the manager but there is no feedback. They know the date of my wedding is the 24th of September as it's written in the book but I'm getting no help whatsoever. Poor service to be honest. Just a little feedback would be nice

Not very helpful, staff is not very friendly, they don't keep with their prices, they don't know how to organize or keep track of orders and fittings
