I have never had such an awful experience as I had with them. I ordered a stand alone light for 8K in June. It is the middle of November and I still have not received it. On top of this, they do not respond to your emails. You have to call the shop several times before you get to speak to the person who knows about your order. Truly, I have never had such a bad experience as this in South Africa. This shop should close down or get rid of its staff and simply not pretend to provide customer service or sell goods it doesn't have or that it has to get from abroad whilst it doesn't have the facility to transport them. If I could I would give them -10. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE: IT IS A SCAM.
Spitfire Furniture is unique and exceptional and I am excited to see they have opened a new branch in Benmore, Sandton. I highly recommend that anybody who values quality pieces and excellent service should pay them a visit.
I can highly recommend Spitfire furniture. We had a great experience at their Sandton branch. Their furniture is of excellent quality and we had great service from Nelson who was always willing to help. We will definitely buy from them again.
The staff are very helpful and friendly! Josh's designs are absolutely gorgeous. Service delivery slower than promised, buy off the floor if you can.
The furniture is so good, but customer service is very poor. They will frustrate you. I bought the first ottoman and it was a headache to get it delivered. They won't update you and when you inquire they either tell you lies or promise to call you back which they don't. I ordered two more ottomans from the Sandton shop on the 17th of August, I'm still waiting, when i call for updates they promise to call back and no one calls back. FRUSTRATING SERVICE I wish there was something less than a star. This people are really frustrating. I am still waiting for their feedback even today. I call them almost daily and there is not concrete answers. All they do is to promise to call back. I requested for refund, they are refusing with it. No ottomans, no refund, no update. I really don't recommend this
These exquisite furniture pieces have brought a new passion into my home. I am honestly enjoying the luxurious feel of the beautiful leather and the unique designs of my furniture. The wait has been worth it! Thank you Spitfire
The furniture at this shop in Sandton is unique. The lady, who introduced herself as Gail, was super friendly and helpful and went out of her way to assist. I will definitely recommend the shop to friends.
Great quality furniture and exceptional service from the store manager in Sandton was very effiecient and well spoken - Yogesh Babulal. Would definitely recommend shopping here.
Be warned, you'll first have to fight for your furniture that you purchased with your hard-earned money. I am still fighting with the owner regarding a glass of a bar-counter which was not available at collection time...NB. Purchase made in early Feb 2020.
I love the furniture, really amazing and the Manager is very friendly and helpful, really something that you looking for, just love it excellent!!!
