Was at this branch on Saturday. Called out for assistance, was looked straight at by staff and I was just ignored. As I walked out I very loudly said I wont he shopping here again and no staff asked me what was going on. I was at the kids section looking to purchase 3 puma takkies. I had to just walk out because nobody was willing to assist!!!!

Good selection but staff need better customer service training. Approach is key. 99% of selling a product lies with the way an employee approaches a customer and the other 1% is in how he make the customer feel. That's what sells a product not the product itself. Customers at times do not even know they want an item until it's presented properly and in a way that makes them feel like they actually matter!!

Sales staff don't follow up even after taking your details, poorly trained. Waited for them 2 contact me, got tired just went to a competing store and bought the peoducts

The atmosphere in the store is amazing, sometimes I just walk I to cheer myself up then I'm good for the rest of the day. Iys a great place to get your kick
