Springbok Produce Company

I was driving on fields hill, sf007 zn, cut me off. I gently hooked at him. He opted to hang out of his window, swor at me and showed his hands in a zap outside the window. I tried to report the matter to the owner but the ladies in the office showed ZERO care and ZERO respect or understanding.

I started working at Springbok Foods on 1 August 2020, and all I can say is it is a wonderful company to work for the directors treat me and the rest of the staff members with some much of respect. Joining Springbok Foods was one of the best moves I ever made. The sad part is that staff members sometimes take advantage of their kindness and its only the shirkers that complain and bad mouth this wonderful company.

I worked at springbok for a month and a half and i was worked to the limit with poor management and other unfortunate things i had to leave i cant be worked like im a robot or a machine which just needs oil and a little albo grease to continue working not to mention the managers who forced us to work some of the longest over time which also made no sense as the over time never coverd for the late deliveries they always had . As far as my 2 cent comments go i think the company needs a huge cjange if it wants to survive in the long future..........

As an industrial engineering student who has spent time working there as a part-time job, the company is seriously dysfunctional because of the treatment of labours which is really discomfortable and that no attention is given to the orders in which they take in thus the quality now results low because of them being unaware.

The driver that delivers food to Kuai at Virgin Active Cascades continuously parks in the Disabled parking bay! Totally unacceptable and self centred behaviour. I have made several calls to the Durban office to complain about this behaviour and still nothing gets done about it.

I'm the driver at springbok food. We deliver good quality of fruit and vegetables. We are friendly to everyone.
