The staff were very friendly! Yes this place is affordable but they do not have the best trained nail techs. I asked for a nude set but thy gave me a pink ombre set. They do have lots of hair products. I wouldn't recommend doing your nails or lashes there

Went in for a soak off, the acetone was dreadful, it took the poor lady more than 2 hours just for a soak off. Owner told me it's my nails. He then changed the lady who was doing my nails, still nothing. Owner insisted I still pay for the worst job ever. Worst experience ever, really don't bother wasting your time there.

I contacted these people after seeing their alleged work from someone I know about a Nail and Eyelash Training and since day one their communication was very bad. They respond to clients how ever they want after several hours asking the same questions over and over again such that I decided to call their landline twice and still did not receive assistance. I decided to just go else where without saying anything to them. At 21:18 in the evening I received a text on the third day to come to one of their branches in Randburg, this was after hours yet I had someone texting me to come at 10am to a place I don't know. I explained that their communication was really disappointing for such an upmarket salon and that I'd go elsewhere for assistance and this is the response I got from one of the people: Copied Whatsapp: "You seem to know all this but you still don't know how to do a simple nail art and other related services.l don't waste my time with non-entities....l know from the gate go that you just was about to waste my time and that was why I had to do what I did shame" Very appalled by their attitude. I wonder if they are really accredited to give training or work with people all together.

I did my nail and they were beautiful for a day, the next day it got cracked. And when I came back to redo ,It did the same thing the next day. I than complained once again and they said "the issues is with my fingers" ..Money wasted for sweet nothing.

The Service was immaculate, the atmosphere is beautiful and the food everything.
