St James Catholic Church Muizenburg

Still waiting for feedback. I applied for placement for my Son for grade 4.

A beautiful landmark. Just see how it blends with the mountain in the background.

Beautiful old stone church with lovely stained glass windows depicting Catholic saints especially St James behind the altar with the Child Jesus and Mary. The parish priest is Fr Mark Pothier. Sunday Mass is at 9am. There is also Mass at 5pm on Saturday and at 8:30am during the week.

My family belongs to this parish and dad passed away on the 3rd January, Father Andrew was so very helpful in planning the service , it was a beautiful day in a beautiful church... and the mass was so moving , thank you to Father Andrew

A small little Church that harks of yesteryear and the fishing community that built it. It is a church that welcomes the stranger, the visitor and leaves you with something to think about

Good for when you need Jesus to forgive your sins after a long week of heavy drinking and self loathing. Very pretty looking church.
