Very bad service. My brother's been sick for 4 weeks now and still no diagnosis or referral to hospitals with better resources. They just keep him waiting straight for 8 hours and say Dr's are busy somewhere and when they come back they give him drip and allergex and send home. I'm just trying to find out ways to report this poor unbothered service they giving our people.
My baby brother was hospitalized last week, before the President closed down the country. Since we are not allowed to visit him, there is a family friend who was also admitted at the hospital and has been keep us updated on his wellbeing. From what she has told us so far, the nurses took the gown that my mom gave him and they put it away, he is not clothed for most of the time and it is cold. The service is very poor and is failing the people.
All I can say is that I need trauma counseling. From the labour ward to the maternity ward experience. From their nurses to the Dr's. Having experienced a woman give birth by herself while standing and to seeing women getting beaten because they're responding to labour pains. Dealt with the most mean and ruthless Nurses. They turned my first pregnancy experience into nightmare!
This is a public health center. All people are helped here. The staff is readily available to offer a help in exchange for improved quality of life. Unlike other areas of similar services, this one is a Godly operated. Bot ho or humanity comes first.Hope buoys the sick and relatives up.Please keep doing the work you are called to do like you always do.Keep it up st.Rita's keep it up.
It is just a mess. On 02 Jan 2020 at 23h48pm i brought my neighbour and the nurses on casualty were just gossiping and the male learner doctor was just so rude and we ended up having an argument. I used to rate the hospital very high but as this is the 3rd worst experience i had in a space of 8 months, i started noticing the negligence by nightshift nurses as opposed to the dayshift nurses. The problem is that there is no monitoring during the night and no management. If only the management can start randomly checking night staff then there can be a change. All the nurses had no name tags. I only saw the name tag of "Sister Pontsho" Nurses are rude, toilets has no tissues, casualty entrance there has been no one since 23:55pm until 01:22am and some people needed assistance.
Until today i have received no call from the hospital they said mankweng Hospital doesn't answer the phone as they were supposed to book a dat for me but i has been 7 days since they said they'll call me i went there 2× without any proper service.
I cannot give it any star, just giving it one cause it cannot post without actually selecting anything!!! The hospital is a mess. The health care professionals doesn't care, what they know is gossiping the whole flipping day and doing unnecessary up and downs.
Met a great nurse Baboneng during my labour time.. Very polite and humble soul..encouraging and supportive
My father was very sick,, but when we get there,, it was 12:00 but they're are still cleaning and after that we waited again for a doctor,, that is why I'm rating 2 star for hospital,,
They keep calling me and it causes unneeded stress and anxiety when it was a wrong number given to them!
