Philadelphia Hospital

I think the employees of this hospital mus be checked. How can u turn back an 81 year old lady brought by an ambulance during the night and tell her that it is not an emergency. Are this people right in their minds or what? Mec must explain to the people of Limpopo where do they get these kind people.

Very poor service, had to wait for almost 6 hours in line without any assistance when I was about to be assistant they said they gonna have lunch, at the end of the day I wasn't even assisted because they wanna knock off.

Extremely poor service had to wait from 5 pm for the x-ray machine that will only be available at 7pm only to be told its not working then wait again till 10 pm for the dispensary to open to get medication for the pain. If I could give them negative one - 1 I would

I'm alive today because of this health care center especially nurses of ward 11 may God rewards your kindness. . Without you gyz it was over about me, keep on doing and provide same services to everyone the same way you did it to me . Credit to the ward 11 nurses and Doctors. Your services are even better than some other private hospitals. I have nothing much to say but to say thank you. #philadelphia the best.

I visited the hospital on 25th December around 19h09. My son was not feeling well, had flu. The nurses were okay, loving. There is partucular male black doctor, who things he owns the hospital, no mask and after seeing another partient doest even sanitize. Pompous and big headed. The government needs to intervene and deal with such treatments because it was appalling

Well some nurses are not kind, some ok, bt main problem now we are unable to visit our loved ones and they don't answer the phone, how will we know obout the patient if the phones are always busy? Even when you go through they don't give you full details on how the patient is doing and worse you don't allow patients to have their phone, that's not cool.

I've never been inside the hospital in person. It has good reputation I heard people spoke about it at siyabuswa in Dr js moroka

They don't answer the phone at all,it look like they don't care,how can we get info about our families lying there,if they don't answer,we even what to ask if we can drop pyjamus for our love ones but we dont have info if they allow or not,its are hard times we won't 4get in ur future shem

The staff hired at the gate way clinic, reception/ help desk, don't know what client service means, they are about 6 people sitting there everytime, but we wait in ques for hours and then when we arrive at the help desk we get attitudes, they don't even wear name tags, so we are unable to report or complaint.... We sit in ques from 7 am to 16 pm, just to be turned back home, no one monitors the que & even those who are high risk sit in the same que for long hours..

This hospital needs major upgrades and updates to all workers. It's so embarrassing calling and asking for assistance on simple issues but a person telling you that she doesn't know.
