Stadium Hotel-Port Elizabeth

Loved the fact that I could lie in my bed and look at the sea in the mornings. Really well designed bathrooms. I would have given 5 starts for the location as it is close to everything, but at night's, you get the base of music played across the road.Rooms: 5/5

Beautiful hotel in upscale Summerstrand overlooking the beach. Buffet breakfast served daily. A la carte menu available for dinner. Gym, oudoor pool and bar area available. Rooms beautiful with lovely bathrooms to take a relaxing bath or shower at the end of the day. Nearby activities: Driving distance from the aquarium in Summerstrand. Also walking distance from other shops and reataurants in area. Walking distance from the casino and mall. About 1 hour drive ot so from Addo Elephant Park.

Friendly service easily accesseble from the airport and their rates are good. It's home away from home Safety: It's secured the is security at the gate as you entre. Walkability: It's withing reach Food & drinks: Food is great

Very easy to find the place, excellent service. Friendly staff. Rooms: Rooms are neat and tidy. With bar fridge,microwave. 3 mins walk to the beach.

Booked online via City Lodge app, using all my credentials and payment was confirmed. Upon arrival two hour lates reception did not have my booking, I had to re-enter my details on paper and I had to send proof of payment. The room allocated was situated right in front of a very noisy car park. Worst of all the room smelled of sweat, making it unbearable to stay inside the room. Bed linen was clean which is about the only positive aspect. Won't recommend and won't be back, in fact due to this experience I won't stay in a CL hotel again, would rather recommend and support smaller guesthouses and b&b's where there is accountability and proper customer service including clean and odourless rooms. 1/5

A gem in the beautiful city of P. E. The only reason my room 226 gets on 4 is that it was located at the southern end and opposite a public walk way with occasional noise from the taxi rank on the main road. Food was delicious but took quite a while for delivery to the room. Gorgeous grounds. All in all an excellent experience. Rooms: Lovely big room but 226 is opposite a public walk way. Food & drinks: Excellent food.

A good hotel. Stayed in the upstairs suite with an adjoining room for several nights and then sadly due to my foolishness had to move to another suite without an adjoing room. You might think the location could be noisy being across the street from the ocean. Not really. Never had a noise issue at night. Central location, easy to get to the new mall and several good restaurants AND the beach. The rooms are a bit dated, but the price and views certainly make up for that. The staff was very helpful with the exception of one member who appeared very bored and very tired of offering even the smallest assistance to potential guests. But we did stay there and had an excellent stay at a very reasonable price! The views, the lounge and the restaurant location are excellent. I can vouch for a good breakfast; dinner I might suggest elsewhere.

Beautiful views, great service but abit pricy

Easily one of the best establishments in the area. Unrivalled sea views with balconies. Park outside your room. Kitchenettes & great pool. Nothing like it in PE!
