Stadium Meat Market, a black-empowered and 100% BEE compliant company, was founded by the Herman brothers, Alan and Craig, in September 2016. The older brother, Alan Herman has more than 26 years’ experience in the Investment Management arena and brings great knowledge to the Investment and Operational side of the business. Craig Herman joined the Spar Group, firstly in the retail operations division and then later in their property division. In 2009, Craig was appointed as the Managing Director of Spar Galvendale, a position he successfully fulfilled until 2016. Craig is a prominent member of the Port Elizabeth community and is well respected by all forums in the Metropole of Nelson Mandela Bay.
The Herman family are excited about their new venture and believe that a business built on Hard Work, Integrity, Honesty and Relationship building, will be the recipe for a long and successful existence. On the 25th April 2017, the doors of Stadium Meat Market, situated at number 5 Prince Alfred Road, North End , were open to the community of Port Elizabeth.
