It 8.54 ..im no 3 out of 16 people .. i a que of 17 people mor comming in. There is on ly 2 consultens available on a Sat 29 month end. Poor 2h servise ..call this service... of what.

Very poor services,the staff is just walking around as if they are doing something when the queues are not even going anywhere. Funny thing is,white people walk right in and get help. How do you help a customer open an account for 3 hours...mxm they should learn a thing or two from capitec.

Extremely slow service. Queuing for hours for enquiry consultants...sometimes only one available to service a huge queue.... I am considering closing my accounts, but then again, I'd have to queue for that

If I could give this branch a zero, I would. Customer service is poor and their employees have kak attitude... this isn't the first time I receive poor services from this bank. No wonder their branches are closing down mxm

Queues for hours. 1 enquires desk open. 2 employees doing nothing while the queue gets longer. Pity there’s still actions that have to be done in the branch.

Poor service! It’s month end and they have 1 teller for deposits. No bulk tellers at all and the staff are unfriendly.

I have been standing in a queue with 4people in front off me for the passed hour just to deposit. Each person takes more than 30minutes yo be assisted with deposit by the cashier
