Standard BANK

Overall it's clean and tidy. The waiting time is terrible though, its not even that full and I've been sitting here for more than 35 minutes. I have to say how interesting it to see how skin colour changes things. It took 3 white people to come in and all of a sudden the number of bank tellers Increased, the waiting time at the collections post decreased drastically, they were out of there within minutes meanwhile I'm about to clock an hour.

All was well, until we got to the consultant, she was cold and she was very quick to say she couldn't help us. Then her colleague came in and she started talking to him, she was very friendly towards him, and had a delightful catch up while we're sitting there. .

Waited close to 45min to get attended to and it was not even full. I don’t know if they’re under staffed or what, but there’s no reason anyone should wait so long.

Though the line was long, I was helped within acceptable time. I had to go in the branch since I do almost everything on the app

Waited 45 minutes to be attended to even though there were only six people in the queen, the tellers constantly go to other tellers for advice...in the end you find three tellers assisting one person

This is the best branch in mpumalanga for me. The service is superb. Waiting time for their service is not more than an hour.

Always good service with friendly staff.
