Poor service. Staff not friendly at all very poor overall service. The waiting time is just ridiculous. I don't recommend anyone to bank with this bank after the experience had at this branch. Luckily I don't bank here I just have this card for saving and came to replace my card. My advise is carry breakfast and lunch because you going to wait forever. Imagine homeaffairs. Amazing staff from the securities outside and when you enter thenbank front of house staff treats you like royalty they are super nice. Can u imagine i came 5 minutes before the bank closes but they treated me like i am the first person to be served. To my suprise the ladies at front desk asked the teller to wait for me while i go to the ATM when i came back the cashier welcomed me with open hands and warm heart i was ecstatic of this amazing behavior because in most places when ppl are about to go they are grumpy. I felt like a Queen i was so happy. Do not stop to serve West Street staff you are amazing.Each and every second was a wow
Their customer service is so disappointing. I wiated for close to 3 hours when I was there to collect my card with only 1 person making the queue actually move. The queue had less than 10 people. I had to phone to ask if my card had arrived after I was told I needed an SMS which I did not receive to fetch my card even though the Standard Bank app showed that my card had arrived at the branch.
Just opened an account with SB. Wait 10 mins in the queue for someone to come and tell me its a long wait just to collect a new card. FNB courier you card to you and Nedbank have a vault locker that you can collect from. Not a good first impression.
Bad service, only 10 people and line is slowly, just to change the card you wait 2 hours, no man

There is always a line. I suggest people move to online platform to shorten the queues and cash withdrawals
