The bank closes to early on Saturday, 11am is very early. For pepole who come from out of town like, uitval, tholeni, Limehill 11am is very early for them, taking into consideration that Saturday is the only day some people can get of work and go to the bank and they use public transport. I got there 11:05 and it was closed, after checking closing time on website stating that they close 11:30. I went to town for the sole purpose of going to the bank. money wasted to do nothing. Please extended working hours on weekends especially Saturday.
Over the years, no matter what time of day, no matter what I come for , I end up spending hours in the branch because there seems to be a lack of staff. Tellers and enquiry desks are vacant yet there is a long queue inside. There is no ease of service here.
