Standard Bank, in Upington

Poor pathetic service- 3 employees chatting and laughing with no desire to assist- spoke to branch manager and she,although friendly wasn't helpfull They are not interested in efficient service - one employee ask the other

I cannot understand that standard bank Upington branch has only ONE employee at the customer care which does not have access to internet, which clearly has more customers to serve, and three that opens accounts. The que outside is long and many customers walk away before even entering the building. This is not due to covid. Your customer service is horribly slow, come on standard bank surely you can do better.
