Standard Bank Of SA Ltd.

I have been using this branch for years now, and honestly I've never experienced any bad service from them. The last time I went a constant called Sandile I think, was so patient and helpful.

Worst Standard Bank branch I have ever been to. Queued for more than an hour just to make a deposit. The branch has 9 teller points/windows, but only 2 tellers were working

Been in this branch 2 hours and counting still not served, very poor service, asked to speak to the manager and i was told the manager is not on site, now you should understand why he the service so unpleasant and poor

I spent 1 hour to get helped in this branch.The service is horribly too bad.The consultants takes longer to get you helped.

Worst standard bank I ever went to, tellers do t even mind, they just talk to each other while we are waiting....

Your information on the website is misleading. It's says you are operating today but when I got here the branch is closed.

They are very professional. Efficient service and very helpful.

The service is poor, you wait for 3 hours to be attend to.

Open more branches and put chairs like shoprite did
