Pathetic. I’m writing this after a 2 hour wait at the branch, with people who arrived after me being served first because of poor management and customer skills. I was taken from seat to seat, being told that the consultants were in the bathroom when in reality they had swapped desks and just left me hanging. You’re going to have to do a lot more with the banking app if this is how your branches operate.
When I joined the teller queue I was 6th in line. 1/2 hour later I was 3rd, and had to leave unserved due to next appointment. Only 1 teller. This is the trend at all Std banks, unfortunately.
This is the main branch in pe. If you are a prestige client then you definitely get personalised service from a dedicated team. They also have a home affairs branch at this venue. All the times I've been there, I've been assisted within a reasonable amount of time
Have you got a problem with your network and are you going to be responsible for returned debit orders.or will the customer be milked for that
When is Std Bank going to reverse all declined transactions which happened this morning, I am so upset and I have been with your bank for over 30 years, guess it's time to move on in the near future, I demand feedback!!
Terrible service, waiting for over 3 hours yet the branch is next to empty and all the staff and sitting around doing nothing. Just needed some simple help but ended up spending most of my Saturday here being ignored and watching as others get seen to while I sit and wait like a fool. I wanted to close my account and because of that they kept delaying the process while people arriving after me where seen before me
Amazingly well run bank! I was having problems in accessing my account online that could not be resolved online nor over the phone. Bank Officials were very professional.. Atmosphere was very professional, efficient, customer focused. Special thanks to Ms. Blossom Nomfundo Njili. She was persistent in getting the problem solved. Very gracious and comforting in coming up with strategies to resolve the problem.
Poor service. I have been banking with standard bank for a number of years, +- 15 years and never have i experience such poor service. I have had fraudelent activity on my account whereby money was taken from my account. Went into branch after waiting nearly 1hour for consultant, taking into account i am a prestige account holder and was promised the world that i will not need to wait in queues, etc. Never the less, after seeing a consultant i was told the fraudulent unit will contact me within 48hours. That 48hours has now lapsed with addtional fraudulent activity happening on my account. And still no response from the bank, the fraudulent unit nor my personal banker. Real unprofessional service
2hr 45min Had to walk out. Still no Service. Pathetic. FNB is Golden vs STD SLOW bank
Finding the correct building is a mission. Google Maps took us into the mall, and then we were sent to the wrong building by the bank staff there. The Home Affairs system within Standard Bank was offline when we arrived. Tried to correct the location on the map, hopefully this will help.
