The reason for the existence of this corporation was due to the observation of B-BBEE companies struggling to manage their company affairs. The name of the corporation, Ugumba, originates from IsiXhosa language meaning finding ways to make ends meet.

Our main business is to provide services of preparing monthly management statements, annual financial statements and annual reports and assisting on Income Tax, Provisional Tax, Value Added Tax, Employees' Tax and payroll management, general valuation reconciliations and indigent management as well as to provide information systems solutions in South Africa.
The corporation existed on the 10th of June 2009. It was founded by two young vibrant accountants, namely Lubabalo Sisa Ndimhle Fatuse, chairman, and Ngange Nongogo, who is a registered chartered accountant and now in the process of registering as a registered auditor.
We want to make ways on assisting B-BBEE companies to manage their companies and to make them to understand the concepts of accounting and taxation. We also want to empower government officials on the concepts of Public Finance Management Act, Municipal Finance Management Act, General Recognised Accounting Practice and Institute of Municipal Finance Officers Statements.
Lubabalo Fatuse is currently the sole Managing Director of Ugumba Business Accountants.
