2 stars for good location, sufficient parking area, cleanness, presence of a security guard at the ATMs, wheelchair access and for markings for social distance. This branch lacks the following: 1. No social distancing enforced outside the building and entrance 2. Cue not controlled - people start new cues whenever they want 3. Long cues outside but only 6 customers inside the building Covid used as an excuse 4. Poor customer service and efficiency 5. While I was on the cue, customers were complaining about the attitude of the staff. Well, I experienced myself. 6. Elderly costumers pensioners are neglected and not prioritized. I don't know if there is a procedure for dealing with pensioners & people with special needs handicapped, but it's clearly not implemented. 7. Working hours not adhered to - e.g. if you say you open at 9am, it means first customer must be enter the building at 9am and not 9:20am. 8. I don't know if there's a place for self service - but I didn't see 1 or even a sign/board. Dear Manager - these are issues that can be easily rectified. But these issues if not addressed, can cause the bank to loose clients.

Loool,it's no longer a bank,When u had a long day after shopping, driving or had couple of beers...Just get the and take a nap...They have nice sleeping couches.The que is not moving,shortage of staff and computers...No one wanna take responsibility...

Service is really bad as compare to the other branches, stuff is busy going in and out, not helping ppl. While we r sitting inside for more than 2hrs
