Status Telecoms is a Telecommunications, IT and Network, CCTV and Security systems provider that strives to provide a high quality products at affordable prices, delivered timeously and backed by a highly proficient technical and sales team.
After a 15year association with Teleboss, the companies name was changed to Status Communications in 1999 and became a member of the Ristar group, with Panasonic (Nashua Communications) as a business partner. Status Telecoms are based in Kimberley, with clients in other parts of the Northern Cape, Free State and North West Province.

3. CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT:
The customer management program and methodology is based on tangible value-added activities and it entails principles such as:

4.1 HARDWARE SERVICES:
a) The supply of hardware and peripheral equipment tailored to customer requirements, both in terms of configuration and/or brand.
b) The provision of hardware maintenance services on a contractual basis at guaranteed service levels.
c) The customer’s hardware is maintained for a fixed fee per month that includes all cost elements such as travel, labour, parts, back-up units etc
d) A time and material service is also offered for non-contractual hardware support.
4.2 SOFTWARE SERVICES:
a) The supply of software products as part of a solution
b) The provision of software service solutions and support on a time-spent of Contractual basis predominantly focusing on the following areas

a) Planning of a network, as well as an inventory requirement listing
b) Installation of new networks or migration from an existing environment.
