Allways friendly people & excellent service

For me very bad service from purchasing my stuff and paying was fine, but when it came by delivery its very bad. The delivery should hve taken place just after 5, and they would have called me, when they will be there it was pass 7pm and still no delivery. This is totally unacceptable with no call to say why they not delivering my stuff.

bad delivery service ordered my steel at 8.30 and I'm still waiting for almost 4 hours
