I had their Wacky Wednesday in Sept 2022, with chips. I'm perfectly happy with the meal. Very tasty food. In my opinion, Steers has the best chips. They're so yummy and they don't dry up. The hamburgers are so filling, I was satiated after only one of them and a portion of large chips : So, thank you Speers, can't wait to be back ! :

Ordered Wacky Weds and then shopped at the Woolies Convenience. Fast and friendly service for a busy Wednesday. Thank you to both Steers and Woolworths for making a busy mum's Wed a breeze
Do not order here via the app. They have messed up my order multiple times, the latest incident resulting in my waiting over an hour for my food because they "missed it", even though I've ordered before and live less than 2 minutes away. When my food was finally delivered, it was cold. You're better off at another steers
I did not have a good experience here. Stopped after work at about 17:30 to grab a bite to eat and once inside realized that it was the wacky Wednesday special. There were 4 people in the queue in front of me and then 2 people joined behind me. There are 2 tills at this store yet there was only once person taking orders and packing existing orders. The other employee was sitting in the back having her lunch. I understand that employee also need to have lunch but when the store is that busy you need to make a plan and not only have 1 person manning your tills and packing the orders. Needless to say I waited quite a while to get my food. Although there was nothing wrong with the food the service was pathetic and created a bad image for Steers.
Most horrible experience I have ever had in my life, 25 minutes for two milkshakes that tasted nothing like its description, my mistake was trusting the franchise and driving away without tasting it. The aero milkshake was plain vanilla with normal chocolate pieces at the bottom and the tex milkshake had a few pieces drowning in caramel.. Will never go there again
They are the best burger makers by far, good flame grilled burger, value for money and alway a terrific and standard taste.
Had a good experience here good customer service and they are fast with thier service. The place is clean aswell
Extremely bad service! Asked the lady to show me a box of how large the extra large chips are. She looked at me like I'm stupid. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not worth your trouble. Rather go to another steers.
