The worst Original King Steer Burger, I have bought from the Steers franchise. The burger was socked in mustard and chips were brown and burnt like sand. I am so disappointed and could not return it because we were on route to Jhb from the Free State. Steer Sasolburg please improve your service. From a disappointed patron

I rly like ordering from steers, bit theirs a few things bithering me and I'm gonna list a few things that rly makes me unhappy. One day I ordered and 4h later my food came, cole and our milkshakes was warm. Last night we ordered a few things from steers and they brought us everything except our salad we ordered with that cost R40 and when we wanted to call then they were already closed.
My wife went to the Steers today with a R50 voucher that she received from Absa Rewards. she wanted to purchase using this voucher and was told by the cashier at the till that she will discuss this with the manager first, about half an hour later she told my wife that the voucher couldn't be redeemed but when my wife approached the till there was a R50 note under the keyboard and the voucher number stated that it has been redeemed already. very strange In my honest opinion I suggest that the manager look into this matter and does something about it cause how many times has this happened where the cashiers are lying to customers regarding the vouchers so they can pocket it for themselves. It is not at all about the money it is about the fact that she took my wife for a ride and she blatantly lied to my wife so that she could score R50 extra for the day. I have never been so disappointed in a business in my entire life and I myself have a business and that is not tolerated in my business.
The cashier was really confused. I ordered via telephone. Came to collect. Upon me collecting he asks me if tahts the initial order I say yes he must add icecream. Then he assumes I meant I'm ordering another wacky Wednesday burger special off which I wasn't. Took another 5 mins trying to understand him as we were both confused. My husband intervened and told him to cancel the new order and keep the one done telephonically. It wasnt a good experience. More training must be given.
The food Is nice, however if you could only try to be quicker on orders. Waiting period is long as compared to other outlets.
I am a high risk elderly lady and did with a disability amd did not want to go into a busy outlet therefore I placed an online order for kerb side collection. The time for collection was 17:45 I arrived at 17:35 and. Checked in. At 18:00 still no order I went inside a very full outlet where there was no control over social distancing. Had to wait in line. At 18::07 paid for my order just to be informed I still have to wIt for my chips. I eventually received mh order at around 18:16. Very unhapppy.
Food was oky! A little overcooked on the pizza and Service was very poor and staff wasn't friendly at all!Food: 3/5
