I ordered a lemon and herb full chicken plus two large chips at 18:30 today and only received my order at 20:34 and this was because I had to wait for the chicken to be cooked and they only communicated that the chicken would be ready in 30 minutes only after I asked the teller how long do I still need to wait and that was around 19:20. I left the restaurant and came back just before 20:00. When I arrived I asked one of the tellers to assist me and she politely asked me to ask the other lady because she was busy with the ice cream machine, I struggled to get the otter tellers attention and by the time I did, she asked me to wait and I could see yhet my order was reaffirmed and it just needed to be packed. The teller took my receipt and packed half my order and I waited for another 15 minutes before I had to remind her that I am still waiting and what I ordered before receiving it. Can Steers Westonaria please increase their staff on busy days such as weekends or month ends because the shortage of staff inconvenience’s us customers.
Even though the orders take more than an hour to arrive the drivers are very respectful especially the short guy, Onke. He will apologize for arriving late and he's ery sincere.
I have orderd a 500g ribs and chips, not even a proper meal the ribs was a few small pieces for the price, my husband is making himself some toasties, its a wast of money.
Worst delivery services ever. Have to wait 2 hours plus everytime. Today took the cake when after almost 2 hours they "didn't receive your order" this after the guy told us that the guy is going to be delivering the order at 7:30. But they will gladly take the order again but you have to wait another hour or so they say but it will probably be 2 hours again. I love steers but man this poor service. It doesn't take an hour to make a packet of chips and 3 milkshakes. Previous times we didn't even get the full order but now no order at all! So disappointing
Best service ever the lady who served us named Banda Hilda is amusing. Westonaria steers have best employees ever. Love them all.
Had a business meeting there and we were assisted to put tables together to create more space for our books laptops ect.Food: 5/5

Ordered some burgers for take away and sat down at a table.When my burgers was ready one off the staff brought it to me witch was a suprise to me.Grate service. Burgers was delicious
