What happened to Steers handcut chips ???? I bought a burger and chips and it was plain disgusting chips. I am sure the weight of the oil in the chips was more than the chips itself. Life is difficult as it is so why do we have to for 3rd grade products. Needless to say I dod not eat the chips. Shame on you !!!!!
A friend and I both put in separate orders around 5pm before our gym session. We scheduled the order for 7:15pm. We got to the shop at 7:05pm. We checked that they had received our order and they had. And so we waited. The manager came out to retype our order on the system. Then she disappeared because a kerbside order had been waiting outside forever. So she left to deal with this. Numerous people came in after us, and got their foods before us. We watched and waited. Eventually, we see our burgers being made. And my friends special fries with bacon and peppers. It sat there for about ten minutes. Eventually, someone asked about it and they noticed that both orders required a chocolate milkshake. So we waited longer. Then we were called to fetch our order. I had to tell them that I didn't get my chips. So she grabbed cold greasy chips that had been laying there and tossed it into a packet for me. My friend ordered one burger with a beef patty and a chicken patty extra. She received two burgers. Then they didn't understand what we meant when we said it's all on one burger. So they took that chicken and pushed it onto the other cold burger. We left at 7:41pm. Our food was scheduled for 7:15pm. Our milkshakes were rock solid. We had to eat them with spoons because it was just soft served - not mixed well. Our chips had no salt. Cold. Greasy and glued together. My friends special chips had almost no cheese and had almost no bacon bacon that sits in a fridge for however long. Our burgers were cold and dried out. Most awful food and experience. We will never return again.
Service was good as always but like many many times before when we ask for ice cream or a milkshake either machine is broken or ice cream is not frozen. This seams to be the standard, this has not happened only once but way more than 5times. Why is there always a problem? Should this not be sorted out?
Drove from Uth to Desp Steers just to get a snotty attitude at pay point and order was wrong when I got home.
Always good service and meals are delicious
Guess what,either ice cream machine is broken,or they are to lazy to clean it.. pathetic.
Great food Although it was so full and managed to get our order in We got it in no time at all
Not a dinner as such, there's no chairs while you wait for your order. I've seen better Steers in South Africa, thank you.
The staff are extremely rude, impatient and always have a unpleasant face.
Waiting for more than an hour for my meal. They clearly dont take the concept of fast food seriously.
