The Stellenbosch Academy enables young talents to develop, visualize and communicate innovative ideas for economic and social progress. Based in the Western Cape Winelands, the Stellenbosch Academy offers a three-year Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication that prepares graduates for employment within the industry as Designers, Art Directors, Illustrator and Photographers. Work on display is by recent graduates of both the Bachelor’s Degree and the one-year Certificate in Commercial Photography
To prepare students for employment as Designers, Art Directors, Multimedia Designers, Illustrators and Photographers through integrated skills and conceptual thinking and develop creative talent, who will add value to the industry with innovative solutions for economic and social progress.
BA Degree in Visual Communication (3yrs), majoring in Graphic Design / Multimedia Studies / Illustration / Photography / Art Direction with a choice of secondary major.
Higher Certificate in Commercial Photography (1yr)
