Our staff are trained from bean to cup in an effort to help them understand the process of coffee from beginning to end. We have three beans we use at Shift each with their own unique profile and preferred time of consumption.We take pride in being local and because of this we have sourced all our product from local suppliers and farmers.We committed ourselves to making sure our suppliers deal with their produce ethically.
