The cinema was clean, beverages very expensive, especially the carton box it is packed in! The toilets were barred Out of Order We opened it and there was nothing wrong with the toilets! I think they are too lazy to clean it! The 2D film was out of focus looked like a 3D without goggles but we still enjoyed Avatar!
New online ticketing system sounds like a good idea however, there is no usher on duty to ensure that people sit in their allocated seats. This leaves patrons in a difficult position to argue over seats once they enter the cinema. Sours the entire experience before the first scene of the movie.
Everything is great. Just missing the freshly popped popcorn it gets dumped in the glass container from where it's sold and just heated with the light above the container and proper containers for it, the bags are really cumbersome. Had great service with the staff.
Ster-Linekor Rustenburg has some of the most friendly stuff ever. The place is clean and safe. You can take your family for a movie or go an a date there you'll have a good experience
The manager was trying to chase us away saying there will be load shedding, which never happened. She was discouraging us to buy snacks saying we are waisting money and she kept calling us chomi. The aircon was set to negative 100.
I lost my purse and was out of town for the week when I realized so I called they confirmed that I left it by the counter, they kept it safe for me until I was back their services are awesome
It was fun,the service was good,the snacks were freshly made, and everything was at a reasonable price,the kids enjoyed every second of it
Enjoyed the movie. Contact-less ticket and snack sales. The only problem I had was that I had to negotiate to watch a movie with my son!!!
I think a revamp is needed, cinema 1 needs a middle isle. Cinema 5 needs cupholders. The staff is great and very friendly
I'm in Rustenburg only for a month and have been coming to movies a lot because I don't know anyone exept my colleagues .Very friendly staff. Great service everytime.
