Great experience through Sterns. Found the ring of choice at a good price and found the customer service to be good. Lady was able to tel me about the warranty and was lucky enough to get a teddy as was a valentines special. Located next to the edgars and in the centre of the building is always a bit of a walk from any of the parking entrances.

extremely slow service even though i was the only customer there. the trainee or new worker helped us and took her own precious time. she first lost the butterfly of my earring, she didn’t know how to use the computer and she tried piercing my ears. it was her first time piercing ears, although she only did my one ear. the ear in which she had pierced is taking way to long to heal and is in constant pain and swelling. the other ear which was pierced by the professional is fully healed, but the my other ear is so painful and gives out pus and blood everyday. the earring even sucked INTO my ear, and it was stuck in my lobe. its in extremely bad condition. once they lost my butterfly , they had to look for a new one which fit my earrings that i had chose. this process took so long, and the butterfly in which they ended up giving me, doesn’t fit so well. yes i fully understand it was just an accident. the workers weren’t exactly friendly, they looked rather bored and couldn’t care, this shouldn’t be how customer care is.

The manager did a online order for me, only to find out a week later, after I called to hear what's going on with order. She says there was a error... Verifying that it's either from my side or the online system I was so livered cos it was a gift that was for the next day.

They put up a special for a watch gift set at 9am on 18 December, I took a picture of it to show my partner if that is what she wanted for her sons 18th. When I went back an hour later, the price went up from R299 to R599. When I queried this at the desk, the sales lady said that the picture I took didnt come from their shop but from another shop. I was baffled, looked her in the eye and told her she is lying. I was just there, I spent R1300 on a ring and that she is now making me a liar. I told her that I want that watch for the price they advertised an hour earlier and she looked at me like I was an alien. Even the manager had no words. I wont buy there again

Had a problem with my watch my wife bought for my birthday. We were helped by the friendly staff and problem was solved without any problems. You can support them with the greatest confidence.
