Would give them 0 stars if I could. Refuse to help me open a fraud case even though the Captain and a General told them they should help me. Quick to call me arrogant and make remarks about the color of my skin but slow to do their jobs. What a joke. When will police stop making everything about race??? Disappointed but not surprised.
