Stone Arch Estate

Seen this lovely place... Interior is beautiful but as I moved in and offloaded my furniture people tried stealing my stuff. Also no peace here children screaming in car parks whole day etc. Would not dare walking around in complex as I feel unsafe

It's a poorly managed estate, the walls are not painted, there's a white mould on the walls, my ground floor unit was leaking,especially when it rains, I don't know how but it took them forever to fix. We invested our money on a wrong property. I wouldn't advice people to buy units there, not good for business, especially if you want to rent them out, levies are extremely high but poor service.

I have not enjoyed my stay. I am'n looking forward to finding something else and more affordable! The issues with electricity and cellular services takes a huge toll. I have no particular negative comments and i am of the opinion my unhappiness is personal. It ofcourse has shortcomings like any other would but nothing specific deserving mention.

Badly managed estate with high levies and Electricity costs, cable theft every other month. I have NEVER enjoyed my stay here. Its Bad, does not even deserve that 1 Star to be honest.

This place is a glorified informal settlement, every month there’s power outages which take a day or two fix resulting to food wastages. Theft that goes on behind those huge gates is actually shocking. Oh and the buildings are not maintained at all. There’s white mould growing on the walls from outside going in and when you ask what’s being done about it, you get zero answers. I hope I am not forgetting anything

You get robbed when buying electricity R1000.00=300 units. Constant cable theft. AGAIN NO POWER CABLE THEFT. TRANSFORM IS KEPT OUTSIDE THE COMPLEX WITH NO SECURITY. BUT THERE ARE 50 GUARD SLEEPING ON DUTY. Security phones you at the gate for stupid things then put the phone down in your ear. They cannot even speak English properly. Always electricity issues. Constant cable theft. No care for tenants as some villages have no lights. No health and safety slip proofing in stairs. A nice place ran into the ground by clowns.

No ways guys, as soon as I moved in and walked in that door, cockroaches fell right in my face, worst Estate ever, doesn’t look safe at all. I wouldn’t recommend, in actual fact Central Developments, please contact me if you see this review

Do not stay here.. You will pay triple the amount on electricitythere is obviously some electricity scam being done Also, you will struggle to get your deposit back from them. They charge a lease termination fee but claim there is no lease when you apply.. I repeat, do not stay here

Safe estate, better service delivery but too much noise from the nearby railway line especially if you stay in village 3 and 4, kids cant even study the railway is too busy

At least once a month in 2022, there was cable theft that resulted in days without electricity. Levies are much higher more than 2 times than some bigger apartments in Sandton. At least 2 times in 2022, there has been sewage leak.
