Took my baby for his vaccine, he got tired by the time it was his turn. When we got in too see the nurse, she did the check up & when she was about to give the injection,stopped and asked me to go pay first or go to dispenery for medical transactions. So in order to b helped at the moment I said cash, she refused to help me. Told me to go pay first. All while holding a fussy baby who was seconds away from dozing off... I paid came back within in minutes and was then asked to wait while she finished with the next patient. Baby fell asleep and the whole experience was like going to a government clinic. I'm truly disappointed as we support small business in hope to help each other. I will rather go to dischem from now on
Has been so helpful, sending meds out when its needed the most. Staff is amazing and they are well priced.

This pharmacy is enormous, well stocked, opens until 20:00 and there is staff on hand to give an emergency anti tetanus injection as required. There is a parking lot catering for a decent number of cars, which is always good, and all anti Covid precautions are also observed.

Strubenvale Pharmacy? Excellent! Al the pharmacists are extremely professional. Staff sometimes not so friendly and professional BUT they do not last long... Excellent service, sending out meds and open every day from 8.30 to 20.30!! I have the greatest respect for these people!!
The last time I will ever support this place! My daughter is extremely sick and my doctor said they should just phone and he will give a prescription for antibiotics. Theresa was extremely rude, didn't even want to phone my doctor. She treated me so badly infront of a lot of people and my sick daughter!
