Great location, however that's about it. Receptionist was too busy talking to her friend to assist me properly, I was greeted by cockroaches in my room, on the bed! And to top it all off, the shower door doesn't close and I flooded the bathroom as the drainage is blocked. Sadly only a good view. I won't be back.Rooms: 2/5

Worst experience worst receptionist by the name of Maria, gate gets locked and visitors dont get gate remotes,no security, no towels and no backup Receptionist very rude and careless wont recommend

The linen is dirty, looks like someone was just sleeping in this bed, coffee station is disorganized, cables are crossing all over the room, the towels looks like the were mopping the floor with... I couldn't even use the bath tub as there were creepy insects inside, mould all over the bathroom.. Geez in my entire 13 years in Hospitality I've never seen this!! Inspectors should come see this, specifically room 2

It was beautiful and chill place plus they renovate thing slowly but it looks so good but it’s needs management more

It's very nice if you have good company of people. I'll have to rate it 2 stars because of the service of which they give to the visitors, they don't really take good care of visitors or come to check if they okay,if they are not in danger in terms or pool,etc.

Good enough for a night's rest. The rooms are okay. Water pressure not so great and the staff could use better people skills. Guests keep on going into the wrong rooms because they don't get showed their rooms.

The place was very clean and neat. The view was amazing....if you are a lover of nature then you will enjoy the beautiful view of nature

One of my favorite place to relax and wind up most especially week ends, you can enjoy sitting and relaxing with the natural view of reserve forest beside, you can swim to their swimming pool any time of the day or enjoy their jakuzzi room, if you are athletic you can use their gym equipments or simply play pool with your friends. It's a worth staying on this place and feel like home.

Never will I sleep here again! There is black mold in the bathroom and the cornice is about to fall off. The bathroom tap had not been cleaned and there were white toothpaste marks on it from the previous occupant of the room. The TV remote didn't work and neither did the Aircon remote. The dustbins hadn't been cleaned in a day or more and the one had an old chicken bone in it still. Of the four glasses and two coffee mugs in the room I elected to rather not drink water from any of them. The crowning moment was when I discovered a discarded condom wrapper in my bathroom! Style Guesthouse will not see me ever again, but please don't take my word for this. Look at the attached photos.
