Sufi Temple, Newlands, Cape Town

I have been attending the Sufi Service as long as I can remember when Mr and Mrs Van Essen hosted the meetings on a Sunday morning at the Foreshore. I eagerly attend the service at the Sufi Temple whenever I visit Cape Town. The temple is simple in architectural style but the spiritual energy permeates in every brick. On entering this beautiful edifice one feels the love and divine energy. I am bringing my grandchildren to the service.

I love meditating here. Such a magical spot. The design of the building is so powerful & the gardens lush.

Geodesic domes, exotic trees, sweet squirrel, friendly cat. Terrible gatekeeper
