Absolutely love this place as an activity in Centurion if you and your family love animals from rabbits, birds, lizards, snakes, fish and spiders. Something truly for everyone! I still continue to return to the centre to get expert advice from the vet. Friendly staff and it is always a highlight of my day to see the animals.
It's is really what the name means. Even the groom saloon is awesome thanks also for the wonderful vet's with a beautiful and full of love
We recently found this little gem after doing our daughters passport at the FNB. ABSOLUTELY wonderful store that is family orientated. They have structured the store so children can look and see without having to climb up or be picked up. My toddler spent ages looking at everything while we were advised about how to fix our ever greening fish tank. We went back this past Friday to show our eldest daughter
Beautiful store with such a wide variety. Staff are helpful and know how to help. Prices are good and overall good experience. One of my favorite pet shops, worth it to drive a little further for great service.
I recently had to lay my fur buddy down to rest and it was done on a Sunday. This place showed they had compassion for animals and the owner. The down side is that they are more expensive than other people offering the same service, but they handled the situation with love and care and I appreciated that. The place was clean and the staff were professional.
I went to family pets to buy a few fish on more than one occasion. Every time I went to go look at the fishes in the tanks there was dead fish in the tanks. Some of them were already halfway eaten buy the other fish. I would not recommend buying fish here rather go to Dorys pets or Wierdapark pet shop for fish. The rest of the store is not bad.
Amazing place with a wide variety in animals and all things needed to keep your pets happy and healthy. They even have an in house vet and grooming service. I've already bought a few rare breed birds from the avian section for my flock. They're all in a very healthy condition and clearly being very well cared for.
Great shop, with rubbish pay point service. Today's added irritation, FNB card machines not working. Got my goodies at Pet Zone, almost a R100 cheaper. Here's me tearing up my Fanily Pet Center loyalty card.
I have just visited the store in Centurion and my experience was not good. The isles are very narrow and I found it difficult to shop with a trolley. Staff was busy merchandising stock on shelves right next to me and did not offer to assist even though we battelled to find the dog food we were looking for. Nor did they offer to load the heavy bags into the trolley. We waited in the queue at the till points for quite a while with only 2 cashiers helping. The system was very slow, I had to wait for the previous transaction to clear before the cashier could assist us. The cashier expected us to lift the heavy dogfood bags onto the till point so she could scan them and then we had to wait again for the till slip as the system was extremely slow. Will rather shop somewhere else for our pet food next time
Best petshop and vet ever, will always go back to them. I've been clipping my 2 cockatiels wings there for almost 3 years, and they always give their best. Thank you so much for your wonderful staff! May God bless this business abundantly.
