Super Beds

I would give 0 if I could. On Monday we got a call to say our bases are at the store and they are going to deliver on Tuesday. Tuesday we get a call that they don't have the mattress we chose they must of sold the mattress that was for us to someone else. Today we called and now they don't have the colour bases we ordered but now have the mattress. So between Monday and today they sold our bases that we've paid for. Terrible service

I have never experienced such a terrible service in my entire life . Am so frustrated and regret the day made on the 26/11/2022 of two kids single beds to be delivered in Alberton and Gugulethu the sales lady promised to make sure i got my delivery within 48 hours which hasn't happen till today. They delivered only 1 bed even though i paid for two beds on the 01/12/22 and delivery guys didn't even read the slip they brought to me that they suppose to deliver two beds. Their manager was shouting at them for starting with my delivery which came in at 19 hours that they were suppose to deliver last in my place, as clearly he didn't value me a client. I informed Gugulethu about the delivery which acted surprised about it and asked me to provide the sleep she will follow it up and get back to me. She said the delivery of second bed will be made only the Saturday which is 48 hours later, and that didn't even happen and no one bothered to inform me. Monday followed on the bed and they said they will deliver it , and the delivery guy which was rude called me to say his coming and said was home he can deliver and i missed his call which i return it within 10 minutes and he told me he has another important delivery he left and clearly again my delivery in Discount Décor was not important and told him and Gugulethu if they don't deliver the bed on Monday 05/12/22, they can pick up the other bed am done waiting and dealing with this unprofessional and incompetent service. Tuesday i called the office as the delivery didn't happen and aske for my money to be paid back so can buy my kids beds somewhere else they service. Numerous attempts and demanded to speak to the manager which he has been soo useless in helping me solve the issue even him and the rest of the day no one had apologies for this inconvenience . Vikefh Vamahabir the name he gave me as his name as the manager who doesn't even seem to know you apologies when your staff failed the customer and when i ask i get my money back and they can take the other bed, and he told me i need to wait for payment, which am still waiting frustrated because i don't know long i must wait for till i get my money back. Kindly assist me to get my money back from this terrible shop with poor service even management doesn't seem to help me. Order number 60031. regards

Great selection of furniture and decor.a lot to choose from .Service can be improved as well as online catalogue and responses to to whatsapp messages.Just a walk through the floor and you would find many brilliant ideas for your home. The prices are pretty decent .

From the road this shop doesn't look to inviting but once you are inside there is a multitude of home furniture to choose from. The prices are good and there is really a lot to choose from. For the size of the store, not a lot of help is available on the floor. There is bells placed in the isles that has "ring for service" signs on them. After buying my product it took about twenty minutes to receive my boxes from the receiving section. A lot of people looking busy but not doing anything really. Apart from the wait there is a lot of choice and VERY good prices.

Great furniture store with numerous products that give you a variety of choice. Most products here are of a pretty high quality and you shouldn't expect low low prices. My major disappointment is with the air conditioning in that there is none. The entire atmosphere in winter is exactly as the outside temperature which makes for a fairly uncomfortable shopping experience.

Website hardly ever has products, no response to unhappy clients reviews. For that I won’t be wasting my time.

I bought table and chairs well priced also bought floating TV stand also well priced only problem they did not have stock available I had to wait almost 2 weeks for stock to arrive other than that the place is huge worth going to have a look at

Thank you so much DIscount Decor, I ordered yesterday 11/10/21 with the help of Palesa, and a day later 12/10/21 my unit is assembled and looking great. I love the Solare unit. Keep it up Palesa.

Do not buy from this company. Horrible experience. I am still trying to get a refund. I bought a wall unit which was never delivered as promised. I keep calling them and nothing is happening. Just avoid this company! At this point I am thinking of getting a lawyer to try get my money back.

Worst service ever. Ordered a Baby Cot and Dining Room Suite on the 9th of July and I'm still waiting for my order, more than 7 weeks later!!! Sent multiple emails- all have been ignored. When I call, I just get bounced around from agent to agent. I'm so frustrated. This has been my worst online shopping experience ever. Don't buy here!!! You've been warned.
