Stay far away from this store. We bought a matress at an exhibition. It was so uncomfortable and too soft. I asked to exchange it and I've been ignored and told stories from here to the sky. I will be taking this fwd as consumers should be given their full rights.

I bought two back supporter mattresses for R5750 each.  Both were delivered with marks on it.  Make sure you inspect the mattresses/beds before making your purchase.

The Sales Manager Teric and his friendly staff provided excellent service. We purchased a King Size with immediate same day delivery. More than satisfied with the unit’s manufacturing quality and comfortable sleep support. Consequently recommended Mattress King Boksburg to family and friends, whom in turn purchased a King Size XL a few days later - also with efficient delivery to them. Will continue to support this outlet going forward. Hat’s off to Teric and his superb team. Appreciate you going the extra mile...

Worst service ever !! They should not be receiving a rating at all !! Don’t waste your time or your money !!! Horrible horrible horrible !!!!!!!!!!!

Great Service. Friendly staff. Parking is a bit limited and a bit difficult to get in and out of in peak hour traffic. But definitely worth the visit. Had stock on hand and could provide a matress on the same day of purchase.

Bad bad bad lies lies and more lies, ordered goods from Mark over 2 months ago for delivery the goods never arrived my wife called them a few times he just makes excuses. I called the head office spoke to Dien again excuses I asked for a refund they refused they don't do refunds.  I called Sealy as well but no help

Paid money in November 2021 for Mattress. Still no delivery and no feed back from anyone!!! Don’t recommend!!!!!!!
