Fantastic service, online and offline. I have an event today that I needed my lenses for, originally told it could take up to 6 weeks due to the prescription, Molly from SpecSavers helped through the whole process, kept me informed each time there was an update and was very friendly when I picked up the lenses at the store. I had a great experience at Spec Savers! I made an appointment thinking it was the one at Centurion mall but when in fact it was another franchise also in the Centurion area. Nevertheless, Marisa was kind enough to still get me a booking there. She does not hesitate to help you and I really appreciated that.
