I'm so shocked by the poor and unprofessional service I have received from Sure Travel and their arrogance. Debbie Joubert -Boksburg branch has given Sure travel such a bad reputation and should not be working in customer services. As a shareholder and owner of 3 businesses, I will never refer nor use you even if you provide me with the most competitive pricing. The pure arrogance she has shown me that she deems herself more superior to any potential client. I hope Sure Travel's Head Office would address this and take it further.

By far the best travel agency I have ever used! Thank you so much to all the agents for all your effort and professionalism and for making our trip perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to book their next holiday!
