I can honestly say that Suzuki Edenvale delivers top class service. From helping me pick a car to keeping me up to date with all the procedures. I was assisted by Theuns and Annelise and If I say 5 star rating I mean it they are top class and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. If incompetent was a branch, this 1 is it! This branch inconvenienced me many times from not having parts to communication skills and lacks the most basic of service experience. What should have been an annual service and a 1 day event ended up with me going there 4 times. Day of the service, upon collection they informed me they did not have a pump. Almost 2 months later, the pump arrives, i dropped off my car, when i go to collect it, they tell me they started my car without all the sensors being connected, causing warning lights to go on and didn't even have the diagnostic software to reset it. at this point, Doreth also felt the need to point out that I was Indian and my husband is not, as if that has anything to do with my vehicle being serviced They had to drive my car to Bruma to get that sorted. I agreed to collect my car the next day. They also dented my car while it was in their possession and did not inform me or my husband who saw the dent when he went to collect. DORETH called me to inform me that they could accommodate me for the dent repair during this week without any care as to my schedule and when I asked her to give me proper information regarding the time frame for the repair and confirmation that they had everything required to do it as were inconveniecing me again, she didn't call me back and opted to ignore me and call my husband to schedule instead. She gave him the incorrect address for the panel beater and only told him that she rearranged the dent repair to be done at the branch when he called her to confirm to address that morning. She promised to provide him a vehicle to use for the day which she, upon his arrival, informed him that she was not able to arrange. This branch is horrible, pathetic excuse for service and I will not recommend. I have used Bramely, Boksburg and Sandton branchs and have never had any problems. SUZUKI EDENVALE, YOU ARE AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THE BRAND!!!
Decent service but tried to scam a family member. Told them the shocks are leaking and tried to get them to replace the lot After a second opinion, was only one of the shocks that needed replacing. Will never trust them again.
The worst experience I had with this Dealership from poor service to rude staff who reckons selling us a car is a favor. From the Saturday I went to view the car I wanted, the sales person gave us about 10 min of his time only another guy was very patient with me and my father gave us all the info we needed. He ran off for a test drive with other clients or because they were white and we black we were not important. I sent the sales person Gareth my documents on Thursday morning around 8 am I had to call him to even make him aware that I sent through docs after I sent him a whatsapp text. whole day went by with no response until the next morning when I had to make a follow up. then his manager calls me to discuss the deal they got from me when Gareth jumped in a call and told me how they willing to lose their commission to get me the deal, how is asking for feedback in the morning so unfair for them. Gareth and your manager your service is kak, and if its due to I was a first time buyer , and young black lady that made you think you can boss me around and make me feel like wanting feedback was wrong then you guys need to look for another job cos sales dont work like that, There was no favour that you guys was doing for me I was the one who was going to pay back that money not you.

Very poor service, it is ran amateurely. They ruin my excitement for my 1st suzuki, I'd never recommend this to anyone find another Suzuki
