Founded by fitness guru-turned-influencer Steve Uria, SWITCH is a combination of various exercises and training techniques to create a perfectly balanced workout that stimulates the body, mind, and soul.

Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment, facilities, lighting and sound, SWITCH creates an atmosphere where the most intense workout is turned into an enjoyable power session where the energy is so high that it is palpable.

Classes are run by highly trained instructors and assistants who devote their time to carefully guiding you through your Playground session, placing careful emphasis on guarding against injury and ensuring optimal results for participants.

Participants (known as Players) pair up and SWITCH between workout stations. When you’ve reached what you perceive to be your limit, a voice comes blaring over the music with “final 30 seconds!” to motivate you through your mental battle. Like an electrical circuit that activates potential energy in a continuous flow between various parts, SWITCH is an energy field generating power through connectivity.

It is a tough, effective, full-body workout that is “...not just about getting in shape; we take you on a journey for the mind, body and soul,” a new chapter in physical training and holistic wellness.
