I have previously made use of Teljoy and was satisfied with their service and how quickly the delivery took place. Now, I have another delivery scheduled, but no way of tracking the delivery. I have received an SMS for a delivery for today - no one has called me yet & I was told to just be patient. Really considering to cancel the application & buy my appliances elsewhere.
Spoke with a gentleman by the name of Riaan/Ryan at Teljoys Vitality department to clarify and sort out some incorrect information that was given through to the courier company. He handled my case very professionally and I feel confident that things have been taken care of. In a country filled with incompetence the service I experienced is way above par! Keep it up guys
Can you send me a letter that my account is closed and fully paid off please. It has been over a week. If I don't get it by 12pm on Monday, I will be taking this further. I have never dealt with such a slow, incompetent company in all my life. I made payment and sent proof of payment over a week ago. This is beyond ridiculous now. My debit order better have been cancelled!!! Thanks,
Long story short. There are still some people that believe in customer service. I had a very bad experience with Teljoy but Daniela Morais, Diana Morais and Jeandre von Emmenis changed this into an excellent experience. Their dedication and willingness to do whatever it takes to keep the client happy is out of this world. Any person in client services can go and ask these people for some tips. Thank you guys so much for going above and beyond. I am forever grateful.
I'm so so so disappointed and feel like cancelling my deal. On the 19th of December I have received a SMS that my product left the JHB warehouse up until today I haven't received anything. I call them literally everyday and everytime I speak to a different agent. Yesterday they informed me that there is a delay with Cape Town orders and I will receive a call from the warehouse manager in Cape town by the end of the day. guess what... no one called me. I have been following up everyday since 19December. Will never use them again and I will advice other people not to use them. No proper feedback everyday when I call. It's been now almost a month!!!!
Doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. The level of service is extremely poor. They deliver faulty products and nobody follows up on escalations. Call centre staff cannot get hold of the manager. Whatsapp line is useless and a waste of time. No response or resolution to countless emails and calls . Would not recommend anyone to use their "services or products" . Save yourself the time
Absolute shocking customer service. Applied for an additional contract 5 times online and 2 times by phone only to get told that my applications must have gotten lost in the system. Eventually bought a new fridge cash from Makro because I needed it. Then got hassled by sms and by phone call to say that my account is in arrears and that it must be paid by EFT and proof emailed to collections department. Then they still proceed to take the money by debit order 3 days later than debit order. Left messages online for someone to contact me about this, no response. Good luck trying to get hold of the correct person by phone too. Shocking. Seriously considering cancelling my contract and will not renew or recommend to anyone else.
I applied for an Ecoflow Power Station for R1,299pm. Sent through all the documentation and a few days later received e-mail and sms confirming application was approved and an agent will contact me to finalise and arrange delivery. After 2 days did get a call from agent to advised I am approved for R759. So what was the point of applying for an item which you were then approved and then unable to get the item. There is no Ecoflow in that price range and unable now to get the one I wanted after confirmation of approval. Please get this sorted as unprofessional.
Terrible Customer Service at Teljoy after supplying faulty appliance! I have been receiving terrible service from Teljoy! I ordered an appliance that has been logged as faulty since day 1 after delivery. I have not received any feedback after numerous calls regarding the repair or replacement of the washing machine. The delivery address is Oudtshoorn, Today I received the appliance delivered in Springs???? I have been holding for 10 minutes at technical, without answer. After calling back, the lines are "too busy" to assist me No response or feedback via telephone or email whatsover! I have been using them for almost 10 years! This is rediculous! Will cancel every rto with them and NEVER EVER recommend them as I used to, to anyone!
Been a customer for over 3 years never had a problem, but after the service I received from Melisa and Sia this time around I truly question using Teljoy again. Just shocking how customers are treated
